Bishop Bigboy Gawa and Mrs. Precious Gawa own the institution since its establishment and was founded by Bishop Bigboy Gawa himself.
The organisation provides academic services to the people in, around Chitungwiza and beyond, from ECD A to Advanced level. The education is offered from ECD A to Advanced level. The institution was founded in 2003 and was duly registered with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education in 2008. B and P currently operates 2 schools, one in Chitungwiza and another one in Seke Mashonaland East which is a boarding school.
The school is being favored with elite parenthood from in and around Chitungwiza, Harare and Seke due to quality results being produced at Grade 7, Form 4 and Upper 6 in National Examinations.
