He worked as a teacher for several years and has vast experience in administration. He boasts of several valid qualifications for the post he holds including two Masters Degrees in Education and Statistics and Operation research respectively, as well as an MBA. He is currently studying for a PHD in Educational Leadership and Management with Bindura University
